PROCESSING TIME

Items we have in-stock will ship within 3 business days of purchase. All made to order items have a lead time of 3-6 weeks prior to shipment. Custom orders will be communicated directly via email and production times start at 8-12 weeks.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or DHL (international orders). Shipping occurs once processing is finished. Shipping times vary and depend on the carrier. We do not guarantee that a package will arrive within a given time frame. Once the packages are left with the mail carrier they are no longer in our possession and therefore no longer our responsibility. Please make arrangements to ensure you can retrieve your package and that it won't be stolen. If your package is missing, please contact the mail carrier and notify us.

Lost packages are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
